- Search Engine Ready reserves the right to reject applications for membership without giving any reason.
- If an application is rejected both client or webmaster, further applications may not be made within a ten-month period of the date of the failed application.
- All members agree to abide by these rules and code of conduct.
- Breach of any rules and code of conduct will result in membership termination.
- In the event of termination, a re-application would not be accepted.
- In the event of termination, client or webmasters agree to remove all references, statements and logos from its website and all forms of offline marketing material.
- In the event that false declarations details will be submitted to trading standards.
- Membership logos may not be used for any other purpose than to signify client or registered webmaster.
